The second articulation of this ceremony, namely, farewell to Jean Zambo the Director General (DG) of LTN Cameroon, will know it, a different fate. Unanimously, the staff, well before the beginning of the ceremonies, announced its intention not to part with its DG, rightly considered, as the lung of this financial institution issued baptismal font in 1999. Thing desired, granted: Jean Zambo, “Big Z” as affectionately called the 300 employees, will still chair for years, the destinies of LTN Cameroon.

A financial institution qualified as dynamic by the government

“For this company that some have presented dynamic and prosperous, I remind the employees of LTN Cameroon that you are the ones by whom the development must happen,” said Laurent Serge Etoundi Ngoa Minpmeesa in his address of circumstance. And to add: “LTN is a microfinance like the others, but a separate financial institution.” And to say it, the member of the government, evokes many persons of the informal sector of which LTN Cameroon financed the projects. In fact, 90% of people whose projects are financed by this microfinance, are from the informal sector. To those who have received medals, the Minpmeesa has acknowledged the sacrifice, and to those who have not been unworthy, he has asked to redouble his ardor at work, in order to receive the future.

LTN Cameroon: A financial institution with solidity and renown unanimously recognized

To this young company, Laurent serge Etoundi Ngoa, asks to go ahead. “I would like to instruct LTN Cameroon to go towards progress plans, to grow to give more jobs to Cameroonians,” he chanted. And to do this, the member of the National Credit Council, prescribes reforms. To LTN clients, he asks to help get help from the financial institution, repay the credits on time, and use them for what they were asked for.
